Elissa Crerar, RN, brings over 30 years of experience treating patients with skilled hands and a kind heart. Elissa worked alongside Kati at Connecticut Weight and Wellness Center performing physical assessments and customized dietary lifestyle programs. A nurturer at heart, she brings her passion for helping others to Clarity Medical Aesthetics. Elissa performs chemical and mechanical peels, laser and IPL treatments, PRP hair rejuvenation therapy, micro-needling, Coolsculpting and Fractora, Forma and BodyFX Radio Frequency skin rejuvenation therapy. She is a Certified Coolsculpting provider. Elissa graduated from the nursing program at Quinnipiac College. She currently practices as a post-anesthesia care unit nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital . When Elissa is not at Clarity helping others achieve their aesthetic goals, you will find her whipping up delicious dishes for her husband Brad and their two adult sons, "Little" Brad and Justin.
Olena Murphy, Practice Manager, first met Kati as a patient and shortly afterwards began working with her in Branford as patient care coordinator, marketing liason and event planner. When Kati struck out on her own, Olena followed. She has been with Kati nearly from the birth of Clarity Medical Aesthetics. Olena and Kati collaborated on the design of the interiors, working to bring Kati's vision to life. Olena's role includes greeting patients, planning special events, marketing, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep Clarity running smoothly. Olena previously owned her own interior redesign firm, and has worked in design, sales and management for Nike, Timex and Guess Watches. When she is not at Clarity you might find her with a glass of Champagne, spoiling her kitties and shopping for shoes on her iPad. Olena and her husband Dan are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in December!
Michelle Aynat, Patient Ambassador
Michelle's warmth and enthusiasm for people and all things beautiful is evident from the first time you meet her and hear her voice. She instantly puts you at ease, answering your questions about the aesthetic treatments and skincare offered at Clarity. Michelle works diligently to secure appointments to accommodate our patients busy schedules. Michelle first met Kati ten years ago where she worked for her as a receptionist in Branford. Here, she discovered her passion for helping people look and feel their best and entered makeup artistry school in New York City. After earning her make-up certification she landed a position with MAC cosmetics as a professional Make-Up Artist. Michelle is owner of her own free-lance make-up artistry company and is available for life's important events. One of her specialties is camouflaging the signs of aesthetic treatments.
